The Prestigious Spanish award to Dinesh as his Raja Yogaya

 As Sihala Shasthra exposed previously the Raja Yogaya of Dinesh Gunawardena, Water Supply and Drainage Minister and Chief Whip of Parliament is at the very peak.  The best example is The Order of Isabella the Catholic of the Kingdom of Spain,  a prestigious award, was Confered the Minister in the recent past.

The Order, Orden de Isabel la Católica, was created in March 1815 by King Ferdinand VII of Spain in honour of Queen Isabella I of Castile.  It is a Spanish civil order granted in recognition of an extraordinary civil action by Spanish or foreign citizens that benefit the nation or for a person who makes a significant contribution to the promotion of friendly relations and cooperation between Spain and the rest of the international community.

Minister Gunawardena is the founder member and current President of the Spanish- Sri Lanka Friendship Society. Dinesh ‘s Raja Yogaya, which commenced in 2000,  will  empower him be a top level leader in the country, Sihala Shasthra discovers.
